Blue Diamond Home Care LLC provides exceptional non-medical direct care and companion care services to seniors, the elderly, and adults with mental or physical challenges. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured home care agency proudly serving the Pittsburgh and Harrisburg areas. As An OLTL Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider we provide following services:

Community Health Choices Waiver

CHC is Pennsylvania's Medicaid managed care program for individuals who are:

Dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. Receiving long-term services and support in a home or community-based setting.
